How We Approached the Challenges

After repairs, a re-inspection of the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) was performed, and a roughness test ensured that the surface finish was below 0.8 μm. This control validated the quality of the repair. 

Outcome

After the intervention, the filtration system was restored to optimal efficiency, and the client was able to resume production in a safe environment that met air quality standards.
